For centuries Gut Eichethof supplied the castle with its energy. The chef of both the restaurant and beer garden at Schloss Hohenkammer, Fritz Schilling, sees this as the ideal framework for his ‘zest for life’ cuisine.
Vegetables and herbs are planted on the farm for his use. In ideal surroundings our KellyBronze turkeys thrive – in a totally natural way; and a herd of German-Angus cattle, typically either red or black and one of the best beef cattle breeds, completes the culinary spectrum. Needless to say, everything is organic.
